<ul><li>Plan resources and distribute work to meet commercial targets, analyzing project progress against objectives.</li><li>Conduct weekly/monthly planning with the CM and Project Engineers, ensuring compliance with company policies.</li><li>Lead &ldquo;Site Kick-off Meetings&rdquo; for new projects.</li><li>Review and understand contracts, including scope, exclusions, payment terms, and penalties.</li><li>Ensure site teams follow approved materials, drawings, and procedures.</li><li>Manage suppliers and subcontractors through inquiry, negotiation, delivery, and follow-up to meet project needs.</li><li>Ensure all variations have written client approval and are recorded</li><li>Proactively troubleshoot and resolve critical issues.</li><li>Handle site correspondence, including clearance, variations, EOT, and documentation to protect the project and company.</li><li>Implement value engineering and cost control measures, even within the budget.</li><li>Promote continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost management.</li><li>Ensure all work is done safely and report any damaged or missing assets to HR.</li><li>Provide weekly planning reports, conduct site walks, and participate in management and client meetings.</li><li>Submit bi-weekly cash flow requirements and monitor project budgets versus actual</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve commercial targets.</li><li>Follow up on billing, certifications, and payments to meet financial goals.</li><li>Facilitate employee skill training to enhance team performance.</li><li>Ensure timely and complete project handover with all documentation and snag closure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Willing to join immediately?</li></ul>
