If you're eager to make a tangible impact through digital marketing and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.</li><li>Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.</li><li>Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost posts, generate leads, and increase conversions.</li><li>Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and report key metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and relationship management.</li><li>Oversee branding initiatives ensuring visual consistency across all digital channels while maintaining a compelling voice that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Support e-commerce efforts by integrating marketing campaigns with online sales platforms and tracking performance metrics related to digital marketing efforts.</li><li>Engage in photography and video editing projects to produce engaging multimedia content that aligns with campaign goals.</li></ul>&lt;Experience&gt;<ul><li>Must have fishing knowledge, experience, and any other related to fishing, boating, hunting, any other outdoor activities.</li><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content creation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with paid advertising strategies on Facebook (Facebook Ads Manager) and other social platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills combined with an eye for branding consistency across all content formats.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in public relations or relationship management is a plus for fostering community engagement.
