<Duties>

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
• Plan and execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost posts, generate leads, and increase conversions.
• Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and report key metrics.
• Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and relationship management.
• Oversee branding initiatives ensuring visual consistency across all digital channels while maintaining a compelling voice that resonates with target audiences.
• Support e-commerce efforts by integrating marketing campaigns with online sales platforms and tracking performance metrics related to digital marketing efforts.
• Engage in photography and video editing projects to produce engaging multimedia content that aligns with campaign goals.

<Experience>

• Must have fishing knowledge, experience, and any other related to fishing, boating, hunting, any other outdoor activities.
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content creation.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with paid advertising strategies on Facebook (Facebook Ads Manager) and other social platforms.
• Strong understanding of social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
• Excellent proofreading skills combined with an eye for branding consistency across all content formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in public relations or relationship management is a plus for fostering community engagement.
