This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting, bookkeeping, or banking who is interested in developing legal experience. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with case management, document preparation, and client communication while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy. This exciting role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career by supporting estate planning, trust administration, and related legal processes.Duties<ul><li>Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with the preparation of legal documents related to trusts and estates</li><li>Organize and maintain client files, both electronic and physical</li><li>Support trust and estate planning and administration, including asset tracking and financial documentation</li><li>Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and courts as needed</li><li>Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys</li><li>Perform data entry, document review, proofreading and general administrative support</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and legal records. Assist with estate planning tasks including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal documents</li><li>Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents, memos, and correspondence</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment</li><li>Effective proofreading and transcription abilities ensuring error-free documentation</li></ul>This role offers an energetic environment where your contributions directly impact client success.
