We are a small, client-focused law firm seeking a motivated entry-level Paralegal to support our trusts and estates practice. The ideal candidate should have a warm, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills be highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting, bookkeeping, or banking who is interested in developing legal experience. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with case management, document preparation, and client communication while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy. Duties

• Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with the preparation of legal documents related to trusts and estates
• Organize and maintain client files, both electronic and physical
• Support trust and estate planning and administration, including asset tracking and financial documentation
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and courts as needed
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys
• Perform data entry, document review, proofreading and general administrative support
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and legal records. Assist with estate planning tasks including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related legal documents
• Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents, memos, and correspondence
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
• Effective proofreading and transcription abilities ensuring error-free documentation
