</b></p><p>JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the Mechanical Maintenance operations on an assigned shift to ensure that all equipment is operating effectively.</p><br>

<p><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
</b></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<div><ul><li>Maintains electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems to ensure that they remain in working order.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for maintaining physical building including structure and cosmetic.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for all equipment including but not limited to general maintenance, ordering parts for repair, requesting repair services.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assists supervisors in areas of carpentry, plumbing, welding, masonry, boiler, HVAC and electrical systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assists all personnel with job duties and responsibilities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Keeps supervisor informed and make recommendations for any areas that need attention.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provides proper safety and security to company assets including personnel.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Understands all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the department.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains daily log, maintenance forms and requested reports for management.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Understands and enforces all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to the department.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains confidentiality at all times.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Is sensitive to Native American Culture.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
