Legal Assistant- Law Firm

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to join our Intellectual Property (IP) Department, providing advanced administrative, legal, and patent/trademark prosecution support to attorneys, patent agents, and legal teams. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations across patent and trademark filing processes, client communication, and litigation documentation.The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting patent and IP attorneys, strong knowledge of USPTO procedures, and the ability to manage high volumes of detailed legal work independently.
