Executive Assistant | Private Equity

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting scheduling, and domestic and international travel coordination

Serve as a strategic point of contact between senior leadership, internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners

Prepare, edit, and manage professional correspondence, presentations, reports, and investor-facing materials

Oversee expense reporting, invoice processing, and administrative workflows with precision and confidentiality

Coordinate high-level meetings, conference calls, board-related activities, and corporate events

Maintain sensitive records and handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

Assist with special projects, research initiatives, and other executive priorities as needed
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably within private equity, investment management, financial services, or a professional services environment

Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and operate effectively under pressure
Preferred Background

Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior investment professionals

Familiarity with private equity, investment, or financial services terminology and workflows

Bachelor’s degree preferred
