We serve our customers as a national aggregate for interior and exterior commercial facility maintenance and project management for remodels, rebrands, openings, and closures of commercial retail stores and other commercial buildings. We are available 24/7, 365 days a year to our customers to provide a large array of services from window replacement to pest control, furniture repair to roofing, snow removal, and much more. This full-time position offers the flexibility of working from home and includes a 90-day training period. While the team is remote, close collaboration and supportive teammates are a hallmark of our organization.As a Service Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will involve managing client work orders (urgent and routine), sourcing contractors, managing contractor relationships including rate &amp; net terms negotiation, collecting documents from contractors, performing data entry into the KCGC database and client work order systems, assisting with billing (obtaining invoice, validating all requirement documents), and other duties as assigned. You will also be required to participate in on-call shifts, providing an opportunity to earn additional income.
