We&rsquo;re hiring a dynamic Operations Executive with a background in Accounts or Finance, who can efficiently manage import/export documentation and handle basic accounting tasks using Zoho Books.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and manage import/export documentation (invoice, packing list, shipping docs).</li><li>Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and logistics teams for smooth shipment handling.</li><li>Handle sales &amp; purchase entries, invoice creation, and payment tracking in Zoho Books.</li><li>Support in GST, TDS data preparation and basic accounting reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and assist with audits &amp; compliance.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Finance.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or accounts.</li><li>Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, or any cloud-based accounting software.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Familiarity with import/export processes, GST, and basic accounting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per month
