We’re hiring a dynamic Operations Executive with a background in Accounts or Finance, who can efficiently manage import/export documentation and handle basic accounting tasks using Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage import/export documentation (invoice, packing list, shipping docs).
  • Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and logistics teams for smooth shipment handling.
  • Handle sales & purchase entries, invoice creation, and payment tracking in Zoho Books.
  • Support in GST, TDS data preparation and basic accounting reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with audits & compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate in Commerce / Accounts / Finance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or accounts.
  • Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, or any cloud-based accounting software.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with import/export processes, GST, and basic accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
