Summary:</b><br>
The Bartender/Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a friendly, professional manner while following all recipes, safety standards, and service guidelines. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, proper cash handling, and effective inventory control throughout operations.</p><p>
</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Greet and serve guests promptly with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.</li><li>
Prepare beverages and cocktails to recipe specifications, following proper portion control and presentation standards.</li><li>
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to guests.</li><li>
Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and service standards to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area throughout the shift.</li><li>
Perform opening and closing side work per company standards.</li><li>
Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.</li><li>
Comply with Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler, and other certification requirements.</li><li>
Follow state liquor laws and serve alcohol responsibly.</li><li>
Accurately use POS systems to ring orders and close checks.</li><li>
Handle all cash and credit transactions per established procedures.</li><li>
Maintain positive interactions with team members and management.</li><li>
Respond flexibly to operational needs and perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p></p>

Hotel Bartender/Server

<div><p>Summary: The banquet bartender/ server is responsible for servicing banquet events according to banquet event order (BEO) guidelines and brand standards; providing the highest quality service to guests and team members; maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the meeting spaces.

Ensure the correct and timely execution of all banquet event order functions</li><li>
Set up, serve and tear down banquet events.</li><li>
Maintain banquet rooms in neat and organized manner.</li><li>
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the banquet function space, pre-function space and storage areas.
</li><li>Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the company's policy.</li><li>
Be familiar with the operation of the POS system (micros).</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
