Ensure the correct and timely execution of all banquet event order functions</li><li>
Set up, serve and tear down banquet events.</li><li>
Maintain banquet rooms in neat and organized manner.</li><li>
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the banquet function space, pre-function space and storage areas.
</li><li>Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the company's policy.</li><li>
Be familiar with the operation of the POS system (micros).</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
