Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.</li><li>Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.</li><li>Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.</li><li>Conduct background checks and reference verification.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires.</li></ul>2. HR Administration<ul><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, etc.).</li><li>Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.</li><li>Handle employee lifecycle processes (joining, confirmation, transfers, exit formalities).</li><li>Update and maintain HRMS data accurately.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.</li><li>Support audits and maintain statutory documentation.</li></ul>3. Employee Grievance Handling &amp; Employee Relations<ul><li>Address employee concerns and grievances confidentially and effectively.</li><li>Conduct preliminary investigations and escalate matters when required.</li><li>Promote a healthy and positive work environment.</li><li>Assist in implementing employee engagement activities.</li><li>Ensure disciplinary procedures are followed as per policy.</li></ul>4. Payroll &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.</li><li>Coordinate attendance, leave, and overtime inputs for payroll processing.</li><li>Manage statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.</li><li>Liaise with finance for salary disbursement.</li><li>Prepare payroll reports and maintain records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.</li><li>Experience with HRMS and payroll software.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>High level of integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.</li></ul>Educational Qualification<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
