Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Conduct background checks and reference verification.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires.
2. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, etc.).
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes (joining, confirmation, transfers, exit formalities).
- Update and maintain HRMS data accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support audits and maintain statutory documentation.
3. Employee Grievance Handling & Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances confidentially and effectively.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and escalate matters when required.
- Promote a healthy and positive work environment.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement activities.
- Ensure disciplinary procedures are followed as per policy.
4. Payroll & Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and overtime inputs for payroll processing.
- Manage statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
- Liaise with finance for salary disbursement.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
