<div>The Server position is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by recommending and serving food and beverages according to Legal Sea Foods&rsquo; high-quality standards. The Server is one of the primary contacts that a guest has, interacts directly with guests to take orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. The Server must always maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor.
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, take their food and beverage orders.</li><li>Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests. Ask about allergies.</li><li>Enter food and beverage orders into POS system accurately.</li><li>Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests&rsquo; needs.</li><li>Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns.</li><li>Refill drinks, clear plates, and reset tables.</li><li>Assist with tidying tables, clearing leftovers, setting up stations, and maintaining a pleasant dining area.</li><li>Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary.</li><li>Present bills to guests and process payment transactions accurately and quickly.</li><li>Participate in pre-shift meetings and training sessions as required.</li><li>Collaborate with fellow servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent
</li><li>Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately.

Must be knowledgeable of Legal Sea Foods menus, policies, and procedures.</li><li>

Manager- Logan Airport

<div>The Bartender is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at the bar as well as providing beverages to servers at the service bar station; beverages are to be prepared and served in accordance with Company standards and in a professional and courteous manner.
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Provides friendly and attentive service to bar guests following Company standards.</li><li>
Prepares beverages for servers (if working service bar) to serve to guests.</li><li>
Sets up and maintains bar so that it is stocked with materials/products to provide prompt and efficient service to guests (liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, condiments, garnishes, cocktail straws, napkins, menus, etc.).</li><li>
Has complete knowledge of the food and beverage menus, liquor, beer, wine and recipes to make recommendations, prepare drinks, and answer questions.</li><li>
Assists management with inventory as needed.</li><li>
Verifies identification for all guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be under the age of 30. Involves Management when questions of validity apply.</li><li>
Cleans glassware and bar utensils through the operation and maintenance of the glass washer.</li><li>
Monitors and adjusts TVs, music and lights in the bar as needed.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with LSF safety and sanitation standards (proper footwear, personal protective equipment, ice scoop, floors mats, and glass only receptacle).</li><li>
Contributes to the overall cleanliness and the organized appearance of the bar.</li><li>
Continually clears away unwanted dishes, glasses, and debris from bar top.</li><li>
Utilizes the POS properly to ensure Guests requests are fulfilled and properly accounted for; presents Guest with accurate check.</li><li>
Other duties as determined by management.
