 The Role: Head of Performance &amp; Growth

 We&rsquo;re&nbsp;looking for a strategic, data-driven growth leader who can architect and scale a high-performing acquisition engine across all major channels.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As Head of Performance &amp; Growth, you will own our global paid acquisition strategy, creative testing ecosystem, attribution infrastructure, and overall performance roadmap. This is a high-impact leadership role with the freedom &mdash; and budget &mdash; to build something exceptional.&nbsp;

 &nbsp;

 Own and scale all paid acquisition channels:&nbsp;
 
 
 Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Google
 
 
 &nbsp;

 <li>
 
 Build and execute&nbsp;
 
 
 aggressive scaling strategies
 
 
 &nbsp;that reduce CAC while growing revenue&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop and run&nbsp;
 
 
 creative testing frameworks
 
 
 ; collaborate with UGC and content teams&nbsp;

 <li>
 
 Work directly with the Founder, Creative Lead, and Data team to launch and scale winning campaigns&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Use&nbsp;
 
 
 Triple Whale, Google Analytics, and in-platform tools
 
 
 &nbsp;to drive data-backed decision making&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Build dashboards, advanced attribution models, and full-funnel landing page strategies&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Run A/B tests, optimise creative pipelines, and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;full-funnel growth opportunities&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create geo-specific scaling playbooks for the UK, EU, US, and UAE&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analyse product performance, contribution profit, LTV cohorts, and market dynamics to unlock new growth&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Build and lead a high-performance team of media buyers as the function scales&nbsp;
 
 </li>
