Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor (Fit-Out) to join our dynamic interior fit-out team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site activities, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain smooth coordination across all project stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage daily on-site operations for interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.</li><li>Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients to resolve on-site issues and implement required changes.</li><li>Maintain accurate site documentation including daily reports, material tracking, and attendance records.</li><li>Monitor material and equipment availability to avoid project delays.</li><li>Enforce health and safety standards across the site at all times.</li><li>Identify and resolve site challenges proactively to ensure timely project completion.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of proven experience in interior fit-out supervision or a related civil role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and safety regulations.</li><li>Civil background is required.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with different teams.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project demands.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
