We stop at 2pm and eat together and talk!Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy to clients of all ages.</li><li>Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, schools, community providers, and family members as clinically appropriate.</li><li>Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.</li><li>Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and consultation as needed.</li><li>Build and maintain a professional caseload while providing exceptional client care.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Psychology from an accredited program.</li><li>Current Illinois LCSW/LCPC license in good standing.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.</li><li>Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.</li><li>Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.</li><li>Prior experience or the desire to supervise preferred.</li><li>Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services.</li></ul>Preferred ExperienceExperience treating one or more of the following:<ul><li>Anxiety and depression</li><li>Trauma and PTSD</li><li>ADHD</li><li>Mood disorders</li><li>Grief and loss</li><li>Life transitions</li><li>Behavioral issues</li><li>Relationship and family concerns</li><li>Behavioral concerns in children and adolescents</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Flexible scheduling with in-person or hybrid options</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Administrative support including 24/7 answering service, billing, and insurance credentialing and verifications</li><li>Professional, welcoming office space</li><li>Supportive team environment with opportunities for collaboration and consultation</li><li>Clinical autonomy and flexibility in treatment approaches</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and specialization</li><li>Great location near Washington and Rt 45.
