Lemon Tree Counseling Services, PLLC is a warm, supportive, and client-centered private practice seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to join our team. We provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families across the lifespan and are looking for a compassionate clinician who enjoys working with clients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy to clients of all ages.
• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, schools, community providers, and family members as clinically appropriate.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and consultation as needed.
• Build and maintain a professional caseload while providing exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current Illinois LCSW/LCPC license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
• Prior experience or the desire to supervise preferred.
• Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services.

• Anxiety and depression
• Trauma and PTSD
• ADHD
• Mood disorders
• Grief and loss
• Life transitions
• Behavioral issues
• Relationship and family concerns
• Behavioral concerns in children and adolescents
