Your contributions will help ensure a positive experience for every guest while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit</li><li>Prepare smoothies, food items, and beverages according to company recipes and standards</li><li>Operate POS systems such as PARBrink for order processing and cash handling</li><li>Manage transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the caf&eacute; area, adhering to food safety protocols</li><li>Restock supplies and ensure the caf&eacute; is well-organized for efficient service</li><li>Assist customers with product selections, upselling items to enhance sales opportunities</li><li>Follow food preparation guidelines to ensure quality and safety standards are met</li><li>Handle serving duties efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a friendly demeanor</li><li>Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, caf&eacute;, or retail environments is preferred; barista or counter service experience is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as PARBrink is advantageous</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as needed</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team</li></ul>Join us at Smoothie King where your enthusiasm for healthy living combined with your customer service skills will create memorable experiences for our guests.
