Personal Assistant / SecretaryLocation: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in Executive Assistant/Secretary/Admin roles (UAE experience preferred)About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant/Secretary to support senior management with day-to-day coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is discreet, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage calendars: schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders; coordinate travel and logistics</li><li>Prepare, format, and proofread documents, letters, proposals, and meeting minutes</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems; handle document control and versioning</li><li>Liaise with clients, partners, banks, and vendors; draft professional emails and follow-ups</li><li>Track tasks and deadlines; provide daily/weekly status updates to management</li><li>Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and compile action logs</li><li>Support HR/admin activities: onboarding checklists, attendance updates, basic record keeping</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li><li>Maintain office supplies, courier handling, petty cash logs, and basic expense documentation</li><li>Update simple trackers/CRM sheets for pipelines, inquiries, and submissions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience as a PA/EA/Secretary or Administrative Coordinator</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), PDF editing, and e-filing</li><li>Fast and accurate typing; strong attention to detail and presentation</li><li>Proven ability to prioritize, follow through, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision</li><li>Professional etiquette, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; valid UAE driving license is an advantage</li></ul>Working Hours &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Hours: 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM</li><li>Weekly Off: Sunday</li><li>Public Holidays: As per UAE law</li><li>Compensation: Fixed salary + performance incentives (to be discussed during interview)</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV to hr@lendurauae.com with the subject line: Personal Assistant/Secretary &ndash; Your Name.
