Role Overview
We’re hiring a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition, build relationships, and hit ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and qualify potential SME customers in the field
• Present, promote, and sell company services with clear value propositions
• Explain service features accurately and handle objections professionally
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; track daily visits and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
• Prepare brief activity reports (visits made, leads generated, conversions)

Requirements

• Proven outdoor/field sales experience (minimum 1–2 years)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in a team
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus

Office Timing & Days

• Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Public Holidays: As per UAE law

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: AED 2,000/month
