We are an expanding Dermatology practice looking for a caring, energetic experienced medical assistant who wants to join our growing team and be part of our mission to provide an outstanding patient experience!Responsibilities include :<ul><li>Provide direct clinical support to one or more providers.</li><li>Scribe in the medical record as directed by the provider.</li><li>Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardized procedures, written and oral treatment protocols, and training.</li><li>Will prepare patient by inputting history and chief complaint.</li><li>Assist in procedures, both medical and surgical.</li><li>Notify patients of test results.</li><li>Obtain prior authorizations.</li><li>Extensive communication with patients, and coordinating patient care.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to learn the electronic medical record software.</li><li>Good problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work as a team member.</li><li>Well-organized with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Empathetic with patient needs and concerns.</li></ul>Education and Experience:Medical Assistant (certified preferred)Experience in a medical office setting working as a Medical Assistant with extensive patient interaction preferred.Full Time Benefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>401K</li><li>Dental</li></ul>Full &amp; Part-Time Benefits<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul>Travel Between Offices:<ul><li>Required (Leominster, Gardner &amp; Hudson)</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Commensurate with experience.</li></ul>Shift Length:<ul><li>8-10 hours</li></ul>Please send your resume via Indeed... no phone calls will be accepted.Apply online Clearview Dermatology- Join Our TeamJob Types: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
