Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Participate in daily operations meetings to monitor project performance and support project teams.
</li>
<li>Work closely with project superintendents to ensure smooth project execution and approve execution plans.
</li>
<li>Review project schedules, contribute to planning, and request updates as needed to meet goals.
</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of project contracts and scopes to support team success.
</li>
<li>Address technical challenges and provide solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality.
</li>
<li>Manage client relationships when necessary, communicating progress and ensuring satisfaction.
</li>
<li>Monitor project safety, schedule, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
</li>
<li>Oversee project budgets and financial performance, supporting superintendents in tracking and invoicing.
</li>
<li>Assist with cost optimization and financial planning for self-performance tasks.
</li>
</ul><ul><li>Lead training, retention, and development initiatives for project supervision staff.
</li>
<li>Implement policies and process improvements for field supervision.
</li>
<li>Foster a positive, excellence-driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.
</li>
<li>Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and compliance on all projects.
</li>
<li>Monitor and recommend enhancements to safety protocols.
</li>
<li>Ensure consistent quality control measures and follow-through on quality plans with project superintendents.
</li>
</ul>Qualifications
<ul>
<li>10-15 years of related experience as a project superintendent or equivalent
</li>
<li>Four-year degree in engineering, construction technology/management, or business preferred
</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead teams with strong planning and execution skills
</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills
</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
</li>
<li>High energy, integrity, and work ethic
</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office, P6, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred
</li>
