Join us and contribute to a professional, friendly atmosphere where your organizational talents can shine!Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining a professional front desk presence</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages promptly and accurately</li><li>Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with attention to detail</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents</li><li>Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, calendar management, and data entry</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when necessary</li><li>Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Durable Medical Equipment experience preferred but not required</li><li>Medicare/Medi-Cal insurance knowledge preferred but not required</li><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with data entry and filing systems</li><li>Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist, medical receptionist, dental receptionist or in customer support preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines</li></ul>Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
