Job Description:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day branch-MBD operations.</li><li>Plan and optimize E-Commerce delivery routes to maximize productivity and service level.</li><li>Monitor shipment flow from booking to final delivery and ensure timely dispatch.</li><li>Ensure achievement of Service Rate (SR), First Attempt Ratio, and other operational Last Mile KPIs.</li><li>Manage rider deployment, attendance, productivity, and performance.</li><li>Address rider grievances and resolve operational issues to maintain a motivated workforce.</li><li>Ensure adequate rider availability and workforce planning to meet daily operational requirements.</li><li>Monitor shipment aging, pending deliveries, and return shipments, ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.</li><li>Control operational costs, including transportation, overtime, and manpower.</li><li>Conduct regular branch audits and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Analyze operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.</li><li>Drive continuous process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency and to report Branch Managers.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Analytical Skills, Reporting, MS Office, Communication, Attention to Detail, Pressure Handling.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Strong written and verbal English communication</li></ul>Education: Bachelor'sExperience: 2-3 yearsJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>E-Commerce Operations: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Vendor Operations: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Coordination: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
