 The Vice President &ndash; Product Operations (Investment Products) is responsible for the end-to-end operational implementation and governance of investment products across Private Equity, Real Estate, and Public Equities.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role serves as the strategic bridge between the Investment and Product teams, IT, Operations, and Finance, ensuring that every investment product is structured, executed, and reported accurately. The VP guarantees operational readiness, data integrity, and reporting consistency across all systems and teams supporting investment activities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Product Launch &amp; Implementation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Translate new investment product structures &mdash; including Private Equity funds, Real Estate vehicles, and Public Equity mandates &mdash; into clear operational workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define the end-to-end process for product setup, capital commitments, subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT to ensure booking and reporting processes are supported in Temenos T24 or related platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure accurate setup of product hierarchies, investor accounts, and reporting structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a Product Implementation Playbook for all investment products, capturing workflows, data flows, and control points.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Transaction Coordination &amp; Booking Oversight
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee all investment lifecycle transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all transactions are accurately booked in the bank&rsquo;s systems, validated against deal documentation, and reconciled with product terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review booking templates and booking data to ensure accuracy and alignment with documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT and Operations to address booking or data flow discrepancies promptly.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Data Integrity &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of investment product data across systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate client statements, fund summaries, and investment dashboards for accuracy and consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee integration of reporting data between T24, data warehouses, and performance reporting tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support periodic valuations and audits by providing clean, reconciled datasets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Governance, Controls &amp; Documentation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own and maintain all operational documentation for investment products, including SOPs, control checklists, and process maps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all products meet operational readiness standards and receive formal approval before launch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal governance standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to strengthen control and reduce manual interventions.
 </li>

 Cross-Functional Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Serve as the primary coordination point between the Investment, Product, IT, Operations, and Finance teams.

 Lead product operational readiness reviews and manage issue resolution across departments.

 Work closely with IT to enhance system functionality, automate manual workflows, and ensure consistent data flow.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA
 </li>
 <li>
 8&ndash;12 years of experience in investment operations, product operations, or fund administration, with exposure to Private Equity, Real Estate, and Public Equities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of investment product structures, including fund vehicles, SPVs, and portfolio mandates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with core banking and reporting systems (Temenos T24, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage front-to-back investment workflows and cross-functional coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of investment accounting, performance metrics (IRR, NAV, MOIC), and financial reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and governance skills.
 </li>

 This person will be within the Operations Unit to oversee the validation, governance, and end-to-end testing of reports, T24 (Temenos), SAP and other systems of the bank. This role ensures that business-critical reports are accurate, complete, and aligned with client reporting standards along with the testing. The role acts as a key interface from Operations with IT for testing and with Business Units/IT for all client and operational reporting-related matters.
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the operational-side review and approval of key reports generated from T24 and SAP, including daily and periodic client and operational reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate/Reconcile data between operational systems and reports to ensure accuracy of data, identify gaps or anomalies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with IT teams to address data issues and ensure timely resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor exceptions and timely escalations related to report discrepancies or delays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the pattern of errors and work with IT to fix the report related issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement controls to mitigate reporting risks, including report failure, data mismatches, or delay.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the operational testing and facilitate sign-off from head of the department for reports and system changes, upgrades, or new report development.

 Define test scenarios, validation checkpoints, and acceptance criteria from an operations/business perspective.

 Own end-to-end testing responsibility for operations unit and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for T24, reports and other relevant systems and serve as the operations point of contact for all operational and client reporting matters with product coordinator.

 Maintain documentation, SOPs, and logs for all reporting validation and testing processes and test evidence.
 </li>

 Work with head of the department to identify opportunities to strengthen report quality assurance through automation and standardization.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience:

 Master&rsquo;s degree in business administration in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience in banking operations, with a strong focus on data handling, reporting, testing and reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Power BI, T24 (Temenos), SAP reporting engine for data validation and report review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage end-to-end reports/data validation and operation&rsquo;s side quality assurance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across IT, business, and sharia compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge &amp; experience of client reporting standards in banking environment is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with report testing or data validation tools, advanced level excel formula knowledge such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, index, match and experience in excel macro is a must.

 Knowledge in basic level SQL querying is a plus but not must.

 Role Purpose
 
 
 
 The Information Security Officer (ISO) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the bank&rsquo;s information security strategy, policies, and controls. The role ensures that the bank&rsquo;s data, systems, applications, and infrastructure are safeguarded against internal and external threats while meeting local regulatory requirements (QCB, QFCRA, NCSA-Q) and international standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS as relevant).

 Prepare and present security risk assessments and reports to senior management, regulators, and the Board Risk Committee.

 Design, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the bank&rsquo;s infrastructure and data.

 Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field. Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications: CISSP or CISM required; CISA and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cloud security certifications (e.g., CCSP, AWS Security) are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 8&ndash;12 years in information security, with at least 5 years in the financial-services sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in banking systems, digital channels, payment systems, and regulatory environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience engaging with regulators (QCB, QFCRA, CMA, or equivalent).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in implementing SEIM Solutions, managing SOC Team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, network security, cryptography, and identity &amp; access management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong risk management and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, capable of engaging effectively with regulators, auditors, and the Board.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence across departments, build a culture of security, and lead change initiatives without direct authority
