 Primary Responsibilities:

 Assisting senior bankers in origination/coverage efforts across the Advisory division&rsquo;s products (M&amp;A, ECM, DCM, and restructuring), with full involvement across the entire deal cycle (from origination to execution)

 Role Purpose

 Financial Strategy &amp; Planning

 Incorporate T24-driven metrics into financial KPIs (e.g. cost per transaction, system throughput, operational risk / failure rates).

 Financial Reporting &amp; Controls

 Core Banking System Management (T24) / Operations

 Oversee daily operations of the bank&rsquo;s core banking system (Temenos Transact / T24): account management, transaction processing, postings, funds transfers, interest calculation, reconciliations etc.

 <li>
 Ensure smooth execution and management of the Close of Business (COB) processes in T24.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage system upgrades / patches / version control / localization / module configuration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with IT / system integrators to ensure integration of T24 with other systems (payments, risk, reporting, front office, digital channels).
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive operational efficiency via parameterization, configuration, process automation, reduction of manual interventions and error rates in T24.

 Ensure data quality, completeness, correctness of transactional and master data in T24.

 Requirements

 Under the instructions and guidance of the Chief of Legal, to perform legal tasks and provide legal support to the Legal Department and with the Bank&rsquo;s departments on legal matters including support to the Corporate secretarial department. To liaise externally with the regulatory authorities in various jurisdictions, legal service providers, and other parties on legal matters as directed by the Chief.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
