Levacy Legal is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Assistant to join our growing real estate law firm. This position is primarily focused on title work with some receptionist responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in title processing and be comfortable handling client communications at the front desk as needed.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform title processing tasks, including:</li><li>Ordering and reviewing title commitments</li><li>Coordinating with lenders, agents, and clients</li><li>Ordering payoffs and clearing title issues</li><li>Preparing title documents and closing packages</li><li>Support attorneys and paralegals with title-related administrative tasks</li><li>Ensure accuracy and timeliness in title processing and closing preparation</li><li>Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems</li><li>Provide receptionist support as needed:</li><li>Answer phones and greet clients professionally</li><li>Manage scheduling and basic client communications</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Prior experience in title work is required (title company or real estate law firm)</li><li>Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills</li><li>Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal</li><li>Team-oriented, flexible, and able to take on receptionist duties as needed</li></ul>Growth Opportunity: This role offers advancement potential into a Title Processor, Closing Coordinator, or Paralegal position for candidates who demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and commitment to the team.About Levacy Legal: Levacy Legal is an investor-friendly law firm focused on real estate and business transactions.
