As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and grow with us.About the Role: As the Administrative Assistant, you'll support the daily operations of our office, helping ensure a seamless client experience. This is an ideal role for someone who is trainable, eager to learn the financial services industry, and looking for a long-term role with room for development. Pay starts at $25/hour and depends on experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule client meetings and manage calendars for the advisory team</li><li>Assist with client communication via phone and email</li><li>Handle paperwork for account openings, transfers, and money movement</li><li>Enter and maintain client data within LPL&rsquo;s systems</li><li>Support compliance processes and file management</li><li>Coordinate with both advisors on day-to-day operations and follow-up items</li><li>Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Comfortable learning new technology platforms (training provided)</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines</li><li>Professional, dependable, and people-oriented</li><li>Experience in financial services or administrative support preferred, but not required</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>8:00 AM to 3:00 PM</li><li>1-hour unpaid lunch</li></ul>Perks:<ul><li>Annual end-of-year bonus</li><li>2 weeks of paid time off</li><li>Supportive, small-team environment with high-impact client work</li></ul>Pay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Cody, WY 82414 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Cody, WY 82414: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
