Administrative Assistant – Part-Time

Absaroka Wealth Management is a modern, planning-first financial advisory firm located in Cody, Wyoming. We work closely with individuals and families to build transparent, long-term financial strategies. As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and grow with us.

About the Role:
As the Administrative Assistant, you'll support the daily operations of our office, helping ensure a seamless client experience. This is an ideal role for someone who is trainable, eager to learn the financial services industry, and looking for a long-term role with room for development. Pay starts at $25/hour and depends on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule client meetings and manage calendars for the advisory team
  • Assist with client communication via phone and email
  • Handle paperwork for account openings, transfers, and money movement
  • Enter and maintain client data within LPL’s systems
  • Support compliance processes and file management
  • Coordinate with both advisors on day-to-day operations and follow-up items
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Comfortable learning new technology platforms (training provided)
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Professional, dependable, and people-oriented
  • Experience in financial services or administrative support preferred, but not required

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch
