Overview:
<div>
This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of building machinery, general building conditions, and vehicles for the facility. Interaction/Supervision with outside suppliers that enter building for PM&rsquo;s on heavy lift equipment, quarterly calibrations of equipment, and other types of building or employee needs.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Supports a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures</li><li>
Processes and coordinates work orders for facility repairs</li><li>
Supports functionality of the facility</li><li>
Orders components and materials needed by the Maintenance department including, but not limited to, electrical and plumbing</li><li>
Prepares facility maintenance reports
</li><li>Serves as primary point of contact for employees to report maintenance needs</li><li>
Coordinates repairs for all facility material handling equipment</li><li>
Schedules inspections and preventive maintenance for facility equipment including, but not limited to, compressors, generator, fire alarms, etc.</li><li>
Maintains Maintenance Crib Inventory</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<p><b>
Skills</b></p><ul><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (at an intermediate level)</li><li>
Effective written and verbal English communication skills
</li><li>Basic math, accounting, plumbing, electrical and building maintenance knowledge</li></ul><p><br>
</p>Education &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or facilities maintenance</li></ul>
Travel:

Up to 5% may be required</li></ul>

Overview:
<div>
This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining works in process for the manufacturing department.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs cycle counts and audits and reports results to Supervisor, Production Manager, and MRP Manager</li><li>
Checks identification and inspection status of Bill of Material (BOM) items. Moves items to point of use or designated storage area</li><li>
Maintains accurate inventory counts of all phantom component parts and reports and distributes results on standardized spreadsheet</li><li>
May operate a lift truck (must possess a current Powered Industrial Truck license prior to using) to retrieve and store parts as needed and performs daily inspection according to specified work instructions</li><li>
May consolidate containers of like parts and moves empty containers to designated storage areas</li><li>
Maintains cleanliness of work areas</li><li>
May move properly marked material to non-conforming hold area as instructed by supervision and performs necessary transactions including scrap transactions
</li><li>Alerts Quality Assurance (QA) to observed quality concerns</li><li>
Notifies supervisor, Production Manager, and MRP Manager of observed shortages or problems</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Successful completion of in-house power lift certification
</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
</li><li>Ability to utilize ERP software proficiently, Oracle preferred</li><li>
Ability to manage inventories through cycle counting and conduct annual physical inventories
</li><li>Ability to analyze data and investigate inventory discrepancies
</li><li>Ability to organize and develop methods of inventory tracking</li><li>
Ability to complete a Powered Industrial Truck training offered by the organization if required</li><li>
Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook at a basic level</li><li>
Ability to communicate in verbal and written English</li></ul>
Education &amp; Experience:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Minimum one year manufacturing experience</li></ul>
Travel:
<ul><li>Up to 5% may be required</li></ul>
