Overview Levy Craig Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Billing Specialist to join our administrative team. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing client invoices; maintaining accurate time and expense records; and ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience with legal billing software (Tabs3 experience a plus).Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review, edit, and process monthly client invoices</li><li>Maintain accurate time entries, expenses, and matter billing settings</li><li>Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding billing issues</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections</li><li>Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and firm policies</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior billing or accounting experience required</li><li>Familiarity with billing software; Tabs3 preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Associate of Bachelor's degree is preferred</li></ul>Pay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>AD&amp;D insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
