This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.Duties<ul><li>Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial boilers and related systems to ensure optimal operation.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical components, hydraulics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and control systems associated with boiler operations.</li><li>Conduct field service visits to client sites for installation, maintenance, or emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.</li><li>Monitor system performance through gauges, sensors, and control panels; adjust settings to meet safety and efficiency standards.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system modifications for compliance and future reference.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and clients to provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating technical information and solutions.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven industrial mechanic experience with a strong background in boiler systems and HVAC/R equipment w/8-10+ years' experience.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams effectively.</li><li>Hands-on experience with hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial environment.</li><li>Field service experience working directly at client sites for maintenance or emergency repairs.</li><li>Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices with a focus on safety protocols and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.</li><li>Prior experience working with industrial boilers, HVAC systems, or related mechanical equipment is expected with documentation.
