Duties

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial boilers and related systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
• Troubleshoot mechanical components, hydraulics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and control systems associated with boiler operations.
• Conduct field service visits to client sites for installation, maintenance, or emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor system performance through gauges, sensors, and control panels; adjust settings to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system modifications for compliance and future reference.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating technical information and solutions.

Experience

• Proven industrial mechanic experience with a strong background in boiler systems and HVAC/R equipment w/8-10+ years' experience.
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams effectively.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial environment.
• Field service experience working directly at client sites for maintenance or emergency repairs.
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices with a focus on safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Prior experience working with industrial boilers, HVAC systems, or related mechanical equipment is expected with documentation. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.44 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
