 LGD is currently looking to add another designer to our team! Our ideal candidate would have a strong understanding and appreciation of the LGD aesthetic, desire to work in a cohesive team environment, proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical accuracy, 2-3 years experience along with project management and communication skills. Our ideal designer would be able to work independently, be forward thinking and show initiative with a desire to grow and learn. LGD Designers must be creative and efficient, flexible, and have the ability to adjust on a moments notice.

 Role:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 40 Hour, salaried position
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong technical accuracy required
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work in office at our location in Gilbert, AZ
 </li>
 <li>
 Work alongside Design Team to progress design projects to completion. Opportunities to lead design projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work efficiently and effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage tasks and shift priorities as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and team
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare presentations on various platforms aligning with LGD brand &amp; aesthetic
 </li>
 <li>
 Create technical drawings and presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute styling to completion for assigned design projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend client and vendor meetings and showroom visits
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend furniture markets to further product knowledge &amp; continued education
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize client experience throughout the design process
 </li>
