Interior Designer

LGD is currently looking to add another designer to our team! Our ideal candidate would have a strong understanding and appreciation of the LGD aesthetic, desire to work in a cohesive team environment, proficient in AutoCAD with strong technical accuracy, 2-3 years experience along with project management and communication skills. Our ideal designer would be able to work independently, be forward thinking and show initiative with a desire to grow and learn. LGD Designers must be creative and efficient, flexible, and have the ability to adjust on a moments notice.

Role:

• 40 Hour, salaried position
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong technical accuracy required
• Must be able to work in office at our location in Gilbert, AZ
• Work alongside Design Team to progress design projects to completion. Opportunities to lead design projects.
• Work efficiently and effectively
• Ability to manage tasks and shift priorities as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and team
• Prepare presentations on various platforms aligning with LGD brand & aesthetic
• Create technical drawings and presentations
• Plan and execute styling to completion for assigned design projects
• Attend client and vendor meetings and showroom visits
• Attend furniture markets to further product knowledge & continued education
• Prioritize client experience throughout the design process
