Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.</li><li>
Ability to identify vehicles that we want to make offers on and collaborating with sales and used car managers.</li><li>
Experience using VAuto to run approximate appraisals (preferred).</li><li>
Experience working with customers that are interested in trading in their vehicles and collaborating with the sales team to transition customers.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills (required).</li><li>
Strong amount of emotional intelligence.</li></ul>
