Qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
• Ability to identify vehicles that we want to make offers on and collaborating with sales and used car managers.
• Experience using VAuto to run approximate appraisals (preferred).
• Experience working with customers that are interested in trading in their vehicles and collaborating with the sales team to transition customers.
• Excellent communication skills (required).
• Strong amount of emotional intelligence.
