Position Summary:
The Treasury Associate supports daily treasury operations by assisting with cash management, banking activities, payment processing, and financial recordkeeping. This role helps ensure accurate and timely execution of financial transactions while supporting liquidity management, supplier payments, and internal financial controls. The Treasury Associate works closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and banking partners to maintain efficient treasury operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
Essential Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Assist with daily cash management activities, including monitoring operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) cash flows.</li><li>
Support daily banking transactions, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and international supplier payments.</li><li>
Monitor bank account activity and assist with cash positioning and liquidity reporting.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain treasury documentation and transaction records.</li><li>
Maintain bank portal access, user permissions, and digital signature records.</li><li>
Assist with banking system administration and user access requests.</li><li>
Support account maintenance activities and banking documentation updates.</li><li>
Coordinate with banking partners regarding routine treasury activities.</li><li>
Gather bank statements, transaction confirmations, and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.</li><li>
Maintain accurate treasury records in accordance with company policies and internal controls.</li><li>
Assist with treasury reconciliations and financial reporting activities.</li><li>
Support compliance with company financial policies and applicable regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and other departments to ensure timely processing of financial transactions.</li><li>
Respond to internal requests regarding payment status and treasury documentation.</li><li>
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance treasury processes and operational efficiency.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.</li><li>
Participate in required meetings and training.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:<ul><li>

Required Qualifications:<div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.</li><li>
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.</li></ul></div> 
Preferred Qualifications:<div><ul><li>
Experience in treasury, accounting, banking, finance, or accounts payable within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise financial software.</li><li>
Experience working with banking platforms and electronic payment systems.</li></ul></div>

Summary:
This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data to support business profitability and performance. The Analyst I, Finance will work with complex datasets to identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements</li><li>
Perform variance analysis to provide accurate and timely financial insights and recommendations to management and operations</li><li>
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic initiatives</li><li>
Analyze trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures, product performance, and working capital</li><li>
Support forecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams</li><li>
Develop and monitor departmental budgets, supporting operations in tracking actual spend versus plan</li><li>
Perform assigned month-end close activities</li><li>
Assist with preparation of PBC (Prepared by Client) documentation for internal and external audits</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
