Position Overview</b></p><p>
LGES Vertech is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join the AEROS EMS Development team. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of a battery energy storage controller application. Development and testing are performed both in simulation and on real equipment deployed in our lab or other representative production environments. Participate in planning and execution of work in an agile environment with focus on incremental delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of experienced developers that will be responsible for the next generation of energy storage solutions.</p><p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p><div><ul><li>

This role encompasses the entire process of production from material to customers. You will be involved in the day-to-day manufacturing operations, managing inventory level, and maximizing the company&rsquo;s profitability. Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Manage day-to-day interaction and act as primary liaison for Executive, internal team members and clients.</li><li>
Manage Executive&rsquo;s schedules, appointments, travel arrangements and process voucher entries.</li><li>

Support the establishment of annual business plans and stretch targets, and continuously monitor production progress against targets with regular performance reviews, and provide guidance on production metrics.</li><li>
Act as the main interface with headquarters by responding to data requests and inquiries, distributing and guiding the implementation of HQ policies, manuals, and standard guidelines across the site.</li><li>
