We are looking for an experienced and motivated Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fitness facility in Salmiya. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering excellent member experiences while driving business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily gym operations and ensure high service standards</li><li>Manage, train, and supervise staff and fitness trainers</li><li>Monitor performance, revenue targets, and member satisfaction</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and retention</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in gym or fitness center management</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage operations and achieve business targets</li><li>Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Kuwait</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Basic Salary: KWD 850 &ndash; 1,000</li><li>Housing Allowance: KWD 300</li><li>Total Monthly Package: KWD 1,150 &ndash; 1,300</li><li>Commission: 0.5% &ndash; 0.75% based on annual net target income</li><li>Life insurance and workmen&rsquo;s compensation</li><li>30 days paid annual leave</li><li>Public holidays as per Kuwait labor law</li><li>Social security registration (as applicable)</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>6 working days per week</li><li>8 working hours per day + 1-hour break</li><li>Employment terms in accordance with Kuwait Labor Law</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Contract Type: Open-ended (renewable annually)</li><li>Notice Period: As per Kuwait Labor Law</li><li>Start Date: Immediate</li></ul>Pay: KD850.000 - KD1,000.000 per monthWork Location: In person
