Liberty partners with cyber charter schools across PA to support students in a virtual setting within their home. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with children providing personalized instruction that fosters learning, development, and confidence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver one-on-one instruction to students in their homes, focusing on academic subjects and skill development</li><li>Implement individualized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)</li><li>Utilize various learning technologies and educational tools to enhance engagement and understanding</li><li>Support students with classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and focus during lessons</li><li>Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, including special education needs</li><li>Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to monitor progress and adjust instructional approaches as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student progress, lesson plans, and instructional activities for reporting purposes</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Associates degree required</li><li>1+ year of relative experience required</li><li>Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to individual student needs</li><li>Proficiency with learning technology and digital educational resources</li><li>Experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with children across various age groups, including early childhood education and preschool experience</li><li>Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior support strategies</li><li>Ability to work effectively with students who have special education requirements or developmental challenges</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and educational teams</li><li>Demonstrated ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners and create a positive learning environment</li></ul>Join us in making a meaningful difference by empowering students through personalized education at home!Pay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
