Overview Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing essential climate control systems across diverse properties. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal comfort, safety, and efficiency for our clients. You&rsquo;ll be at the forefront of field service operations, utilizing your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex HVAC issues with confidence and precision.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across commercial and residential properties.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose system issues.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, ammonia refrigeration units, and plumbing systems to ensure proper operation.</li><li>Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing instruments to identify electrical or mechanical faults.</li><li>Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, compressors, valves, wiring, and piping while adhering to safety standards.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting all work performed for compliance and future reference.</li><li>Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and support emergency repairs as needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning &amp; Refrigeration), with strong mechanical knowledge.</li><li>Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC system installation or upgrades.</li><li>Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC design and plumbing systems.</li><li>Knowledge of refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with appliance repair, boiler operation, welding techniques, and equipment repair is a plus.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li><li>Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot efficiently in diverse environments.</li><li>Capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety standards.
