Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing essential climate control systems across diverse properties. You’ll be at the forefront of field service operations, utilizing your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex HVAC issues with confidence and precision.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across commercial and residential properties.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose system issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, ammonia refrigeration units, and plumbing systems to ensure proper operation.
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing instruments to identify electrical or mechanical faults.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, compressors, valves, wiring, and piping while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting all work performed for compliance and future reference.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems and support emergency repairs as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration), with strong mechanical knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC system installation or upgrades.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to HVAC design and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with appliance repair, boiler operation, welding techniques, and equipment repair is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot efficiently in diverse environments.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety standards. Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
