We need an individual who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.Job roles and responsibilities<ul><li>Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Accounting experience in a US-based process will be preferable.</li><li>Experience of working on Quick book &amp; Bill.com is preferrable.</li><li>Candidate must be adaptable to the working environment.</li><li>Candidate must do accounting tasks on time.</li><li>Candidate will be reporting to the owner directly.</li></ul>Qualification and Skills<ul><li>2+ Experience in accounting (Experience in US based process/Company would be preferable)</li><li>B. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective transportation of freight.</li><li>Freight Negotiation: Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to secure competitive pricing for shipping services while meeting customer needs.</li><li>Load Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling of freight pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.</li><li>Tracking &amp; Monitoring: Monitor and track shipments, keeping customers updated on the status of their goods.</li><li>Problem Resolution: Resolve any issues that arise during transit, including delays, damages, or disputes, in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet legal and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records for all transactions, including contracts, invoices, and delivery confirmations.</li><li>Market Research: Stay informed about trends in the logistics and freight industries, including changes in regulations, new carriers, and cost fluctuations.</li><li>Sales &amp; Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients and growing the existing customer base.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation is preferred, but not required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,475.85 - &#8377;40,511.41 per monthWork Location: In person
