Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will have an established book of business, strong carrier relationships, and a proven track record of generating revenue in the transportation industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers</li><li>Source and secure freight for available trucks</li><li>Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and customers</li><li>Manage shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performance</li><li>Resolve load issues, service failures, and billing discrepancies</li><li>Maintain accurate records in TMS and internal systems</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of transportation regulations and market trends</li><li>Proficiency in load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and TMS systems</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly revenue and margin targets</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Sales and customer service orientation</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive base salary + commission structure</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Growth opportunities within the company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,398.13 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
