This role involves guiding teachers, monitoring instructional practices, providing timely feedback, and collaborating with school leadership to address performance gaps.Key Responsibilities1. Lesson Plan Oversight<ul><li>Review and monitor lesson plans from all teachers (Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary).</li><li>Ensure lesson plans align with modern pedagogical strategies and curriculum standards.</li><li>Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement in a constructive and timely manner.</li></ul>2. Teacher Support &amp; Training<ul><li>Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance lesson planning and instructional delivery.</li><li>Conduct follow-up workshops and training sessions to reinforce modern teaching methods.</li><li>Offer subject-specific and grade-specific planning guidance when needed.</li></ul>3. Classroom Observations<ul><li>Create and maintain an observation schedule covering all teachers in the school, multiple times, throughout the academic year.</li><li>Conduct formal and informal classroom observations to evaluate teaching effectiveness.</li><li>Share targeted, actionable feedback with teachers to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.</li></ul>4. Reporting &amp; Communication<ul><li>Prepare monthly academic performance and teaching quality reports for the Principal.</li><li>Maintain open communication with the Vice Principal to address challenges and track progress.</li><li>Discuss performance issues with school leadership and recommend necessary interventions.</li></ul>5. Academic Quality Assurance<ul><li>Ensure the consistent implementation of school-approved teaching and learning strategies.</li><li>Identify professional development needs based on observation data and lesson plan reviews.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to make academic decisions that improve instructional quality.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of modern pedagogical practices and curriculum design.</li><li>Excellent observation, feedback, and coaching skills.</li><li>Ability to manage and motivate teachers with varied levels of openness to change.</li><li>Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities across different school sections.</li><li>Data-driven approach to tracking academic performance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Education or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in an instructional leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully implementing teaching and learning improvements at scale.</li><li>Strong and proven ability to integrate technology seamlessly into all aspects of academic planning, instruction, and monitoring&mdash;this is a core requirement for the role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;90,000.00 - &#8377;95,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
