Job Overview:

The Vice Principal – High School is responsible for leading the academic and operational excellence of the High School section. The role focuses on driving strong student outcomes, teacher development, curriculum implementation, assessments, and fostering a positive school culture in alignment with the school’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement academic and non-academic goals aligned with school priorities
• Lead curriculum planning, review, and effective implementation across grades
• Supervise Domain Experts and teachers through classroom observations, learning walks, and feedback
• Drive teacher training, professional development, and appraisal processes
• Review and monitor formative and summative assessments; analyze student performance data
• Ensure effective behaviour management and maintain a positive school culture
• Handle board exam processes and academic compliance requirements
• Manage student discipline, teacher performance expectations, and parent communication
• Oversee section budget planning, attendance tracking, and administrative functions
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure smooth school-wide operations

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education
• Certification related to educational leadership preferred
• Prior experience in teaching middle school students
• Prior experience in leading events, coaching and mentoring teachers preferred
• Strong understanding of teaching & learning + holistic student and adult development
• Excellent 21st century skills and leadership skills
• Adept in using Microsoft Office
• Commitment to promoting a positive learning environment and achieving academic and holistic excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹74,439.06 per month
