No cold calling. No high-pressure sales.Your job is simple: Be present. Be reliable. Be the person they trust to call when a family is overwhelmed.What You Will Do<ul><li>Visit hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health &amp; hospice offices weekly</li><li>Introduce our support service (script provided &mdash; we train you)</li><li>Be the point of contact when a family needs help</li><li>Identify referral opportunities and send warm handoffs to our advisory team</li><li>Maintain light relationship follow-up (no spam, no begging, no gimmicks)</li></ul>You do NOT:<ul><li>Run tours</li><li>Close families</li><li>Create care plans</li><li>Handle emotional counseling</li></ul>Our Advisors handle all family care + decision support.Your job = open the door and send the intro.Ideal BackgroundAny of the following are strong fits (not required):<ul><li>Senior Living Sales or Admissions</li><li>Hospice or Home Health Liaison</li><li>Rehabilitation or SNF Social Services</li><li>Case Management Support</li><li>Community Outreach roles</li><li>Anyone who&rsquo;s naturally good with people and calm in emotional situations</li></ul>If you can walk into a room and make people feel at ease, you&rsquo;ll thrive here.Skills That Matter Most<ul><li>Warm, confident communication</li><li>Ability to build trust quickly</li><li>Steady, grounded presence (not easily overwhelmed)</li><li>Comfortable walking into new environments</li><li>Self-directed and dependable</li></ul>CompensationThis is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential as a 1099 ContractorPay Structure:<ul><li>$150 for every qualified family handoff (intake call completed)</li><li>$300 per family that moves into care from your referral pipeline</li><li>$50 for each new referral partner activated</li></ul>Most active outreach reps earn $4,000&ndash;$8,000/month once established.Schedule<ul><li>Full-time or flexible schedule options</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday daylight hours</li><li>Some facility visits, some community events, occasional drop-ins</li><li>Must be comfortable driving locally (mileage reimbursement available)</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you are the kind of person people naturally turn to in stressful moments and you want to make a meaningful impact while earning well:Apply Now with a short message describing:<ul><li>Your background</li><li>Why supporting overwhelmed families matters to you</li></ul>We will reach out to schedule a conversation.This role is about presence, not pressure.
