Position Overview

We are hiring a Relationship Outreach Representative to build and maintain relationships with healthcare teams who refer families needing senior care support.

This is not a call center role.
No cold calling. No high-pressure sales.

Your job is simple:
Be present. Be reliable. Be the person they trust to call when a family is overwhelmed.

What You Will Do

  • Visit hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health & hospice offices weekly
  • Introduce our support service (script provided — we train you)
  • Be the point of contact when a family needs help
  • Identify referral opportunities and send warm handoffs to our advisory team
  • Maintain light relationship follow-up (no spam, no begging, no gimmicks)

You do NOT:

  • Run tours
  • Close families
  • Create care plans
  • Handle emotional counseling

Our Advisors handle all family care + decision support.

Your job = open the door and send the intro.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential as a 1099 Contractor

Pay Structure:

  • $150 for every qualified family handoff (intake call completed)
  • $300 per family that moves into care from your referral pipeline
  • $50 for each new referral partner activated

Most active outreach reps earn $4,000–$8,000/month once established.

Schedule

  • Full-time or flexible schedule options
  • Monday–Friday daylight hours
  • Some facility visits, some community events, occasional drop-ins
  • Must be comfortable driving locally (mileage reimbursement available)
