Position Summary

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to elevate our local presence and drive sustainable growth. In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate closely with Dr. Shaun Dadjoo to develop and execute marketing strategies focused on community engagement, digital content, and professional outreach. Your efforts will build brand awareness and attract new patients to our practice.

Key Goal: Support achieving 40+ new patient exams per month within the first year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outreach to local dental professionals (e.g., regular check-ins and appreciation efforts).
  • Capture, edit, and create engaging photo/video content from daily practice activities.
  • Design marketing materials for digital, print, and event use.
  • Develop and publish educational blog posts and website content.
  • Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram), Google Business Profile, and online listings.
  • Coordinate community events, school partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Liaise with vendors for branded materials and merchandise.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (leads, reviews, engagement).
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends and continuously upskill in tools and techniques.

Weekly Routine Overview

  • Monday: Review analytics; plan content and outreach.
  • Tuesday: Create content; conduct 1–2 professional visits with Dr. Dadjoo.
  • Wednesday: Day off.
  • Thursday: Shoot/edit media; plan events.
  • Friday: Submit weekly report; review promotions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in content tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing) and social platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
  • Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred (experience may substitute).
  • Prior healthcare or local business marketing experience a plus.

Performance Metrics

  • Monthly new patient leads and exam conversions.
  • Growth in Google reviews and ratings.
  • Content published and online visibility improvements.
  • Professional relationships maintained (e.g., office visits).
  • Event coordination and lead capture success.

Employment Terms

  • Type: At-Will.
  • Pay: $28–$32/hour, based on experience.
  • Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri (Wed off); occasional weekend events.
  • Trial Period: One-week paid trial upon hire to ensure mutual fit.
